Directions from the Maine Turnpike

• 95 North through New Hampshire and over the Pasquatua Riveri Bridge into Maine.
• Proceed through the Main Turnpike tollbooth in York.
• After passing through the York toll booth, take the Wells/Sanford exit.
• After tollbooth take a left at the lights onto route 109.
• Follow 109 to route 1, about 2 miles.
• Take a right onto Route 1 South.
• Follow Route 1 South for approximately 3-1/2 miles.
• At Bourne Avenue, take a left - Landmarks are The Hayloft restaurant on your right and Jake's Dairy Bar on your left. Bourne Avenue is at a traffic light. About 500 yards before Bourne Avenue, a restaurant called Cherrystone's is on your right.
• Once on Bourne Avenue - take your second right onto Cable Street, then your first right onto Sassafras Street. 38 Sassafras will be the second house on your right. Weather beaten shakes with white trim and shutters.

Short Walk to the Beach

Down Sassafras and Down Bourne Ave. At the end of Bourne Ave., there's a public entrance to Moody Beach. Moody beach is a beautiful white sandy beach and is between Ogunquit and Wells beaches.
